- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took two children there because one of them had an eye infection and her eye had started swelling up. Well, the receptionist there glared at me the whole time she took my information. I can only assume she was annoyed because it was close to closing time. Either way, as an "urgent care" there has to be understanding that not all emergency medical needs can be planned. The Dr and nurse that saw one of my kiddos was very nice and helpful. But the visit ended with my child with disabilities having a melt down and another "unrelated" nurse at the nursing station snapping at me about my parenting. I wanted to stop and educate her about my child with disabilities and how hard it is for her to handle everything that was happening. I wanted to educate her on no matter how great of a parent I am, unplanned emergencies send her into panic. But I didn't have time for that because I had to tend to the other kiddo whose eye was swelling more and more by the minute.
