- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Hemmersmeier is great, but I can't say the same for anyone else, or the organization as a whole. If you're in no hurry to talk to someone, and you don't mind waiting 10-15 minutes for someone to even answer the phone (NO EXAGGERATION!!), then by all means give them a call. And oh by the way, you may want to double check any prescriptions they prescribe for you. I needed a prescription refilled for a topical spray for rash on my HEAD, and they told me to use an over the counter NASAL spray. (REALLY, that's SCARY).March 21, 2017by Melanie Hempelmann
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to Dr. Hemmersmeier for 10 years and my Mom has been a patient of his for 15 years. Neither of us have ever had a negative experience with him or anyone in his office. He is a very good doctor and takes his time explaining everything in normal terms so you can understand him. He gives you plenty of time to ask him questions and spends as much time as you need answering them. As far as his staff goes, they are fantastic. Sometimes I go to his nurse practitioner Dawn Matchiner and she is very knowledgeable, The rest of his staff s very pleasant and always helpful.December 05, 2016by Karen Metcalf
