  I am not one to complain or even write reviews but feel that something needs to be said about this dental office. Being new to the area and having only gone to dental offices where I personally knew the staff I decided to follow the reviews. After reading the reviews I felt that this would be a good fit, however my actual appointment left me very upset. I scheduled appointments for myself and my 3 and 4 year old sons. I have gone to the dentist every 6 months for most of my life, am educated on what is going on with my teeth, and take very good care of my mouth. The hygienist spoke to me as if I had never been to the dentist before, made several comments about things I needed to do better, and was constantly redirecting my children. My boys were very well behaved for how long the appointment took and as their mother I am perfectly capable of redirecting them when needed. Then the dentist came in, not Dr. Brace whom I was expecting, and started listing off several different areas of my mouth while never once telling me what he was referring to. In the end he stated that I had 11 cavities and the need for a possible crown. Having just been to my long time dentist 6 months prior, with x-rays taken, I was pretty confident that they were just trying to make issues that were not there as I was given a clean bill then with no problem areas. I almost walked out but let them clean my children's teeth which was fine until they tried to start telling me how I wasn't brushing one of my child's teeth well enough even though I brush both of them the same way and made me watch a video on proper procedure. Upon leaving they wanted to schedule me to begin work. I knew that I did not have all these issues they were claiming and they are attempting to make a great deal of money off of me. I requested my x-rays and their diagnosis and sent them to my previous dentist who confirmed that I did not in fact need the work they were proposing. I have never been more upset between their false diagnosis, treatment of me and treatment of my children. Please be wary of just accepting a diagnosis for what it is and if it seems excessive, get a second opinion. I will never be returning to this office and am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.
