  I just called Dr. Logan's office to be fit in for a toothache. The wonderful receptionist, Joy, tried her best to find me a spot for the day. Once she secured an appt time she took down all of my information and told me she would call me back when she made sure my insurance benefits would cover me. I was called back not even five minutes later and she broke down every percentage and copay i would have based on my insurance coverage. I couldnt afford to be seen but she did recommend some PPO dental offices in our area for me to try. Thank you so much for the kindness and thoroughness your office provided!

  I've been a patient of Dr. Logan's for a few years now and I don't see myself changing that anytime soon. When I bought a house in the O' Fallon, MO area, I was looking for a new dentist. I called Dr. Logan's office around 6-6:30 one morning after reading some impressive reviews online. At that hour, I was planning on leaving a voicemail and hearing back sometime after they opened. I had barely hung up before Joy, the patient scheduling coordinator, was calling me back. I was blown away by the dedication she showed by returning my call long before the office had opened. When I got to the office for my first appointment (and for every appointment thereafter), I was greeted by Joy immediately, seen by the hygienists within minutes, and had my teeth cleaned thoroughly, but also very gently. I was used to leaving the dentist office with sore, sometimes bleeding gums from the rough cleaning styles my prior dental professionals had. Not here! The office is very modern and comfortable. Every member of the staff that I have interacted with has been very knowledgeable, personable, and informative. My latest visit involved having custom trays made of my teeth for whitening. The process was quick and comfortable (I hear that the mold-making process can be a bit uncomfortable and gag some folks). In summation, if you're looking for a dental office with true professionals that strive to give you the best oral healthcare possible while also keeping you comfortable and confident, go see Dr. Logan's office.
